About Me

My name is Roger, Licensed Massage Therapist since 2005 and a graduate from Applied Kinesthetic Studies (AKS) Massage School in Herndon, Virginia. With proper self-care and body awareness, it is my belief that we can work together to find a holistic path towards your wellness goals.

As a former athlete in multiple sports, I have a strong grasp and intuition of what the body endures on a daily basis. As well as what the body requires for preparation, performance and recovery. We may also discuss the importance of stretching and strengthening the body, coupled with routine maintenance.

My expertise integrates many different techniques into each session. Sports Massage, Deep Tissue Massage, Trigger Point Therapy, myofascial work, PNF Stretching, and Table Thai massage techniques (assisted stretching). Combining my extensive knowledge, personal experiences, and positive energy into every massage, to meet your specific needs.

I look forward to helping you on your journey to health and wellness.

Q & A

I discovered massage while in the IT field. From sitting at a desk for hours at a time, I could feel my body changing due to the bad posture in my back, neck, and shoulders. Massage caught my attention, and the rest is history. My preference is to avoid medication if it’s at all possible, so I started my search for holistic methods. It is my belief that the body is fully capable of healing itself through maintenance, a balanced diet, awareness, and exercise.

The majority of my clients have suffered from some form of athletic injury. Over the years, I’ve had the pleasure of encountering individuals from all walks of life. The stay-at-home parent, office professionals, professional athletes, professional dancers, stage performers, teachers, Crossfit athletes, weightlifters, bodybuilders, etc.
